You may not share with anyone who is not a licensed user of the software any of the materials included in its installation, including the example code and scripts and in particular the trading strategy rules that these scripts contain.
2. Licensing
Licensing subscriptions for “The Software” can be purchased on our website. By purchasing a license subscription using your credit card, you consent to pay the specified amount (including any applicable taxes) at the stated frequency. Subscription renewal can be cancelled at any time by contacting us at admin@smartsystematictrading.com.
3. Brokerage Order Generation and Placement
“The Software” can connect to a brokerage account or cryptocurrency exchange using an Application Programming Interface (API) and place orders for that account that were generated by Amibroker or other software.
You agree to use “The Software” AT YOUR OWN RISK and bear sole responsibility for all potential consequences of its use, including without limitation all losses caused by orders that it placed or failed to place, whether due to errors in its code or other circumstances.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information processed and actions taken by “The Software”, but this cannot be guaranteed.
